Refund and warranty policy
Last updated 13 October 2026
Every machine we sell is inspected, built and tested under load before it is listed, and every one comes with a 3-month warranty. This page explains what that covers, how to make a claim, and how refunds and cancellations work.
Change of mind
We do not offer refunds or exchanges on ready-made builds for change of mind — for example if you no longer want the machine, found it cheaper elsewhere, or ordered by mistake. Every listing has a full specification and real photos of the exact machine, and we are happy to answer questions before you buy.
This does not affect your rights if a machine is faulty, damaged or not as described.
Custom builds and deposits
For a custom build, we agree the specification and price with you first. A deposit is then taken before we order parts.
- If you cancel before parts are ordered, your deposit is refunded in full.
- Once parts have been ordered for your build, the deposit is non-refundable, because those parts were bought for your order.
- If you need to change the specification, contact us as early as possible. We will always try to make changes before work begins, and let you know if a change affects the price.
Faulty, damaged or incorrect orders
Please check your machine when you collect it or when it arrives. If it is faulty, damaged in transit, or not what was described, contact us straight away and we will put it right. For transit damage, see the steps in our shipping policy.
Our 3-month warranty
Every machine is covered for 3 months from the day you collect it or it is delivered. The warranty covers hardware faults that occur under normal use, in:
- the processor, motherboard, graphics card and memory,
- storage drives and the power supply,
- the CPU cooler, case fans and the case itself.
Many of our machines use refurbished or pre-owned parts. They are covered for faults in the same way as new parts; cosmetic wear that was shown or described in the listing is not a fault.
How to make a warranty claim
- Contact us at huylegia676@gmail.com or on 0415 520 268 with the name of the machine, when you bought it, and a description of the problem. Photos or a short video help.
- We will try remote troubleshooting first — many problems are settings or software and can be fixed on the spot.
- If the machine needs to come in, we will arrange drop-off in Adelaide or send you shipping instructions.
- We inspect it and repair the fault, or replace the faulty part with one of equal or better specification. If a repair or replacement is not possible, we will offer a refund.
If the claim is covered, we pay the reasonable cost of shipping the machine to us and back. If we inspect a machine and find no fault, we return it as received, and we may ask you to cover the return shipping.
What the warranty does not cover
- Physical damage after delivery, such as drops, spills, liquid damage or broken parts.
- Misuse, overclocking beyond stock settings, or firmware and BIOS changes made after purchase.
- Parts added, removed or modified after purchase, or repairs carried out by someone else.
- Software, operating system and driver problems, viruses or malware.
- Damage from the environment the machine is kept in, including heavy dust, smoke residue, pet hair, insects or moisture.
- Normal wear and tear, and cosmetic wear described in the original listing.
We may decline to work on a machine that is heavily contaminated with smoke residue, pet waste or insects until it has been cleaned, for the safety of our workshop.
Your data
